You are not alone.

A lot of parents and kids feel alone when they come to see me. I want to provide a place for you to tell your story. A place for you to feel seen, heard, accepted. A place for you to grow in the ways YOU want to grow. And above all, a place for you to know that you are more than welcome. You belong.

About

I'm a child and teen therapist specializing in working with those with anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and those who identify as LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent. I've always been passionate about working with minority and vulnerable populations. I believe in taking an affirmative, collaborative, and integrative approach to helping clients make the changes they want to make in their unique lives. I'm also a mom of two vivacious kids and a cat, in a loving marriage, and I enjoy good food and drinks, art/design/fashion, listening to music (especially indie folk), being near water and trees, traveling, reading, running, laughing, and spending time with my family and friends.
